    • You have a 1 time 60 minute 1 on 1 consultation with me
    • Using my comprehensive sleep assessment, I will screen you for medical sleep disorders that may be leading to your sleep issues in addition to and addressing maladaptive sleep thoughts and behaviors that are interfering with your sleep
    • You will receive a personalized sleep plan based on your individual sleep struggles and leave with the roadmap you need to fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and get more quality sleep
    • You will learn how to address stress and anxieties surrounding your sleep that can be used to continually improve your sleep

5 - Week 1-On-1 Or Group Sleep Coaching

    • This personalized sleep coaching is offered via virtual 1-on-1 or small group coaching sessions
    • You will have weekly 45 to 60min consultations with me to discuss your sleep struggles and learn how to address them
    • You will undergo a comprehensive sleep assessment that screens for medical sleep disorders that may be leading to or worsening your sleep issues
    • You will learn research backed therapeutic techniques that will get you falling asleep quickly and staying asleep throughout the night
    • You will complete a personalized sleep plan each week based on the previous weeks progress that will be adjusted and fine tuned based on your improvement and our weekly discussions
    • You will learn the skills you need to address anxieties and stress that interfere with your sleep and techniques to help improve your stress and anxiety not only at night but also during the day
    • You will learn to pinpoint what is leading to your sleep disruption and poor sleep quality or insufficient sleep and how to best address them
    • You will have daily access to online trainings and information that you can review at any time and discuss during our weekly meetings
    • You will learn how to reframe and transform your maladaptive sleep thoughts and behaviors so that you wake feeling energized and refreshed and no longer dread trying to fall asleep at night
    • Group coaching offer allows you to learn from others who struggle with similar sleep issues and create a support system amongst like-minded individuals
