Every baby is different, and a lot of what feels alarming, frequent wake ups, short naps, sudden regressions, is actually common. When you apply, I'll look at your baby's age, schedule, and patterns to tell you what's typical and what's worth addressing.
Which sleep training method to use?
That depends on your baby's temperament and your family's comfort level, not just picking a method off the internet and hoping it works.
Why did my baby's sleep suddenly change?
This is usually a regression, a nap transition, or a schedule that no longer fits your baby's stage. It's common, and it's fixable with the right adjustment.
